Clarification: This sweater is knit in one piece, beginning at the lower back, knit up to the back neck and shoulders, divided for the neck opening, then knit down to the lower front edge. Please note the schematic drawing on page 71, the dotted line across the shoulders indicates a fold in the fabric.
The text that accompanies the photo of the sweater on page 34 indicates that the sweater is knit in one piece.
